We offer internal training and development and encourage employees to communicate with managers to personalize development opportunities. For example, our career laddering paths for Tissue Processing Technicians enable them to grow into Senior and Master Level Technicians.

In reference to your comment regarding salaries, we conduct an annual review of salaries and analyze both nonprofit and for-profit companies in comparative industries to help ensure we offer competitive pay.
If you need experience and don't mind being treated like crap for the duration of your employment, come work here.
Cons
There is no encouragement for continued education. They have no set policy on showing up for work - what time or anything. They do not acknowledge you for a job well done. The only way to get ahead is to suck up to upper management. Do not under circumstances work at AlloSource.

AlloSource offers internal training and development and encourages employees to communicate with managers to personalize growth opportunities, taking advantage of tuition reimbursement opportunities for professional development when relevant. We have a specific attendance policy in place to manage scheduling and encourage employee recognition through internal award programs. We consistently review all our programs to ensure they support employee and business needs.
