Versatility is offered through collaborative and independent work environments, shift and schedule options such as a five-day 40-hour work week, four day 40-hour work week, and three day 36-hour work week based on role and department, as well as hybrid work opportunities.

We are working hard on our learning and development. Employees are empowered to grow professionally through on-the-job training and shadowing, as well as tuition reimbursement, certifications, and online courses. Our Manager Academy is in development to roll out soon. Thank you also for your thoughtful reflection of sometimes feeling isolated. We’ll continue to work to engage our employee base to connect within their departments and across the organization. We are looking forward to doing this via our Passport event planned for the end of August.
