Pros
AllofE has a very entrepreneurial culture where you can make a lot of your own opportunities. If you are focused and work hard you can really stretch yourself. The company is really driving new creative programs. The people are extremely passionate about what they do and creativity is encouraged. Everyone is encouraged to be themselves and speak up if they have ideas or opinions. Nice perks as well.
Cons
If you are not a very quick learner or have the ability to grasp concepts quickly the training can be like "drinking from the fire hose".

Pros
These are the smartest group of people I have ever worked with. There is tremendous support and camaraderie among the employees and people will help you learn and come up to speed. But you have to start contributing at the same level in a fairly short time-frame. Your contributions are always recognized.
Cons
Not the highest starting salaries but raises are way above industry average. Other than that all training is on the job which is actually much more beneficial especially when it comes to Computer Science knowledge. But you may not prefer that if you are among those people who like to be sent off to off-site training classes.
