Big Corporation in a small town.

Pros

Salary, benefits, wellness initiatives. It is a good solid job in an area where those are at a premium. Nice office space.

Cons

Very corporate feel, not transparent at all with business decisions. Some co-workers have been downsized without explanation to the rest of the team. Very big company that is sluggish to change.

Pros

Friendly people, good benefits, great environments to work in, staff is helpful and always willing to provide training

Cons

Lots of hours, work seemingly never ending. Deadlines are often hard to meet due to the number of people and teams involved in a project, things rarely are smooth and projects require a lot of hand holding when newer people are involved.
