Product Based company, great infrastructure, very good payment, free cab facility, wifi facility and no social sites or youtube blocked, high shift allowance, shifts are changed on monthly basis

You get to make good friends, NA counterparts are more helpful than the Indians. NA manager are more concerned than the Indians. That's it

Cons

All senior level people leaving, reason low salaries and high stress. Management number oriented, doesn't care about anything else. On call only handled by Indians.
