-Company cares for its employees which is the best thing. -Managers are really supportive and are open to suggestions even from the freshers as well. -Supportive team members and learning process is good. - Employee development programs are there at regular intervals.

-Compensation can sometimes be a lil low but that can be ignored by looking at other benefits. -Nothing as such.
