Great place to work except some minor glitches.. A lot of change needs to be there at the micro-management.

Good Pay then anyone else in my region. Office culture is awesome and can be the best expected by a fresher graduate, no limits for breaks and everyone treats us with respect and honour. Leadership is excellent at the manager level.

Cons

Micro Management team ( TL's ) are behaving like managers and taking more control then a manager which is quite annoying. Some member's are working late night in office / home which is spreading a negative culture and distrust among teams and brings out a wrong image.
