      Pros

      On time Salary every month. Annaul hike is poor compared to other IT companaies 2% for non performer and 5% for performer which is very bad

      Cons

      Poor Indian managers harass employee and having no or poor product knowldege. There are no employee polls for there managers review and feedback Efforts are not appreciated
