Pros
Good and hardworking people who are willing to work with you. For the most part everyone gets along and is helpful.
Cons
CIO at Whittier location is micro managing way too much. The pay here is below market value. They want you to do thing but does not give you resources to work with. It's a revolving door. There are a few bad apples that have been here to long and they are the ones that is making this company bad. Not enough stability.
