Amazing coworkers and clients. Teams that strive to deliver the best results despite the severe lack of support from Sr Management and the fact that the product is basic and full of bugs.
Cons
Sr. Management all the up to the C-Level is immature and lack business savvy and management skills. The base solution is chocked full of bugs and requires heavy customization and on the fly fixes to deliver basic promised functionality. The success of Allscripts falls soley on the shoulders of the every day workers in the trenches who are keeping the implementations running with bubble gum and string.
