Salary Ontime No variable Pay On-call allowance Shift Allowance Training and certification reimbursement Company transport latest market technologies Quarterly team parties 24 Leaves per year maternity and paternity leaves Medical and life insurance and other basic HR policies

Cons

Difficult to move from one project to another (based on manger approval) Difficult to share ideas with Level 2 manager. It is completed based on the team you are in. the office doesn't have its own cafeteria where you can buy food. need to depend on another nearby cafeteria. Very minimum Onsite scope if you are in Infra/Db/App support. For developers there are some chances
