Northwell client for Allscripts - worst!

Pros

Hybrid options in the company are good. Job security is good as well

Cons

Development work is stagnant for this client. The client hires a third party as opposed to a house resource. They constantly design products and ask for developers' accountability if they fail. The horrible attitude from top Northwell management. Allscripts Manager try to live up to client tantrums, but its exhausting. No promotions or clear path what progression looks like.

A little boring. they value years of experience over talent Very bad raises, Extremely outdated infrastructure Resist change because of fear of end users not understanding changes Bad health insurance
