Pros
not much since becoming an Allscripts employee. Former legacy Misys employee. Applications could be great, may be great who knows. Market place is there for the taking.
Cons
for any former legacy employee of any other company. Allscripts merges, buys out, and then grandfathers your apps and employees. All the different support groups for the different applications do not communicate well. In last 10 months I have never in my life seen such disfunction in communication and implementations, top to bottom. Less than one week from national show and I have already had two long term customers state they will not buy from Allscripts once their Misys Apps are sunsetted..
