One can easily manage work & life balance... Facilities are good Allscripts as company is good but educations servies department is the worst

Managers are immature & inexperienced to lead Managers do lot of Politics bias at all levels People who are not worthy for learning are leading and spoiling peoples career Appraisal is never performance based
