Pros

Flexible working with most of the time it would be WFH Quarterly bonuses And great shift allowance which is not included in the CTC. IT issues are quickly resolved

Cons

Leave management. As a monthly roster is published. Need to apply for a planned leave before 15th of the last month.

Employee's care, Compensations & Benefits, Available project to work

Cons

Management of a team, No HR meeting in 6 months, no progression or appreciation for good work, no future growth as it is only a product based company and people get to know only few application, very limited access. Very less team activity. People who wants to settle here and retire, for them it's a good company. This review is only for my experience in a particular project, there are multiple projects where people are happily working.
