      Meet some genuinely smart people that are willing to go out of their way to help No micromanagement, free to work around your own timings- within reason Benefits are ok and in line with expectations

      Cons

      Product faults, hotfix upon hotfix that doesn't solve the problem, just works around it Managers go MIA for weeks at a time Constant layoffs, job security is a joke
