Hectic Enviornment. No work life balance. Worked for 2 years but no hike received. Management hiring new resources instead of retaining old employees. Hr won't even call you & ask reason for leaving after you resign.

No room for growth in department. Allscripts as a whole has a real problem developing its own employees. Hard to grow professionally here
