Pros

I'm working at Baroda location. The infrastructure is good with proper facilities. The company provides work life balance and allow employees to have fun in between work at regular intervals. The HR policies are good and they do not treat the employees like school kids which I observed in my previous company.

The financial growth is slow in comparison to other competior companies

Allscripts is a cage of comfort zone. Company has very good culture and policy. Very good shift allowance and benefits.

Cons

Specifically for vadodara location Most of people are settle here and not thinking t change the job, so company doesn't care about salary. Usually all manager play IJP game and gives promotion to their favorite employee. In Specially report writing team, there is a heavy partiality if you have a good relation with manager or director you will get a good increment.
