      Great people work and and will bend over backwards to help you in my experience.

      C-suite and some executives seem to be out of touch. Too many solutions to keep up with.

      Great experience for individual growth

      Cons

      They preach innovation, yet organization conducts business like its the early 2000's. Enough structure to limit your ability to get things done quickly, while not having enough formalized processes where different groups arent held accountable. Unfortunately, things just go round and around, while clients suffer with a bad product and no progress on things.
