Great people to work with. Industry is ripe for these solutions and they do make a difference for others. GiveBack program allows employees to serve their communities.

Cons

Never integrated solutions completely making it difficult for clients. Work Life Balance isn't possible because of cuts. CEO and HR don't care about people or respect people.

Pros

Allscripts provides a nice atmosphere for it's employees and allows us to work independently without a lot of micromanagement. There are also fun work functions, it's a good company and fun to work here.

Cons

I don't feel there are any cons here that you wouldn't find at other places. Everyone has different idea of a con, so I don't feel that anything qualifies as a con for me
