      Had some good people Felt like I was making a difference in peoples lives

      Cons

      Poor upper / sr management take poor decisions that overwork employees or attempt to save money (cuts) that end up hurting in the long run. Company is “anti promotion” and would rather hire someone new than promote internally

      *Leader in the Healthcare Software field *Good benefits packages and perks *Lots of employee development programs *Continuous infrastructure upgrades and improvements

      *A flurry of activity, but not much getting done *Emphasis on group names, acronyms and programs but not results *Will do anything for a sale, regardless of the impact on downstream departments *Multiple conflicting policies in non-customer facing departments
