Pros
(1) I believe it's and up-and-coming company with solid core clinical product offerings. (2) The pay scales are comparable to others in the industry. (3) As with many companies, when you have a good manager there is good support. (4) The core clinical product is well known and respected. (5) The company is making efforts to improve on its products and succeeding in many ways. (6) There are some really talented/skilled people working for this company. (7) Though the constant change introduced by executive leadership is somewhat difficult to deal with I do believe that the company is gaining ground in its field.
Cons
(1) There is little opportunity for advancement, (2) the different groups/service areas/etc. are very siloed and territorial, (3) difficult to maintain work/life balance, (4) there seems to be a constant turnover - it is difficult to maintain experienced staff, (5) lack of true mentor program, (6) the company is in a state of constant change from an "organizational chart" perspective down to key employee processes (for example: time entry), (7) there seems to be such a focus on billability that employees are often placed in situations for which they have not prepared, (8) in some groups maintaining skills/continued training is sacrificed to billability
