Meet some genuinely smart people that are willing to go out of their way to help No micromanagement, free to work around your own timings- within reason Benefits are ok and in line with expectations

Cons

Product faults, hotfix upon hotfix that doesn't solve the problem, just works around it Managers go MIA for weeks at a time Constant layoffs, job security is a joke

Fast paced environment and lots of learning as you go. A great mix of remote and traveling.

Lot of learning!! Worked with a large variety of people, great clients who are eager to learn and work with consultants.

Cons

Very segmented, the various departments don't communicate, difficult when a company is not on the same page. Too much outsourcing.
