Pros

You get great benefits such as health insurance, matched 401k, PTO and more.

Cons

Since the organizational change in early 2013, the company is definitely heading in a different direction. The CEO and the president left at the same time. After their departure, every other executive left or were forced out. This dramatically changed the culture of the company and how they do business. The work load is incredibly high and there's little satisfaction. They used to put clients first. However, it's all about how fast they can move their clients through an implementation. There's no room for quality. It's all about speed.

Pros

Good salary & benefit packages... Company continues to grow, via acquisitions & adding staff

Cons

Lip service about caring for employees, overworked & under appreciated. Long hours for those on the road - with no concern about work/life balance. Growing so fast, they lost focus on staff who helped them get to where they are.

Pros

The company takes care of its employees on subjective matters - many resources available to improve yourself and how you can do your job. Your direct manager will have a lot of influence on your quality of life. I've seen some that are exceptionally supportive, and others that leave you to your own devices, for better or worse.

Cons

Salaries are low, given the range of knowledge necessary to work there. Other industries pay more money for less skill/education/experience. Career advancement seems to be slow. I've seen many people doing the same job for years before a small internal career advance occurs.
