      Co-workers were great. Made some lasting long term friends.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance. Expectation is you work 24/7 and you will work on PTO unless you leave the country and don't have cell service.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. No need to accrue vacation time as it's granted up front. Have the opportunity to telecommute once a week, depending on position.

      Cons

      Difficult to get promoted and challenging work life balance. Management may have unreasonable expectations at time, leading to unnecessary stress.
