      Pros

      There many pros I would say: 1. Management is good 2. Colleagues are good 3. Good pay + benefits 4. Good insurance coverage 5. Quick promotion if you do good job 6. Allowances and cab The company has all which one would desire for.

      Cons

      1. Shifts because mostly employees working in 5pm to 2am job. However, it is manageable with less pressure and good shift allowance. Why I left the job then? No particular reason, it's just I want to explore more. If I get chance chance in future I would definitely come again.

      I have been working in Allscripts from more than 5 years and I have worked in multiple roles. The internal opportunities to grow are good and the management is supportive and understanding.
