Pros
Working with a dedicated team of professionals who take pride in what they do but are usually willing to listen to alternative methods.
Cons
Spend too much time on a handful of customers. Matrix management thing is silly in some ways. The person writing my review is in another state and has no visibility into what I do or my team does. As a matter of fact, why have reviews. All they do is annoy everyone.
