LAY OFFS every where ... Time to update our Resume. Only iConnect program 'll be good. No Growth No Promotions even for Top Performers

Cons

Weekend works, Managers with Bad Attitude HR's with NO Response. Manager's always on Facebook and screwing employe's life.

Enjoyed working in this company .Great atmosphere , friendly environment , work life balance and comparatively good salary .Development projects have lot to learn especially for MS technologies .Maintenance work is also good but lesser scope to work on new technologies .

Cons

I enjoyed working here , not much difficulty . I found few managers are not fair during performance review .
