      Good benefits, lots of good and smart people, executive leadership needs work

      Pros

      Lots of good products and people. Lots of benefit options including medical, dental, vision, 401K, HSA, etc. Remote and multiple office locations.

      Cons

      Company continuously switching direction and organizational structure. This leads the entire organization confused on what the priorities are, what the go forward solutions are, and how to lead clients. A lot experienced people continue to either leave or have been let go (poor financials) which has negative impact.

      * Benefits seem to be good compared to other companies * Most people working here are good to work with and reasonable * Solution breadth that allows lateral moves to work on other product lines

      Cons

      * Most people in management are Managers, not Leaders * Organization changes structure too often (every 6 months it seems) * Strategy is not clearly set or defined for team members, leading to confusion and frustration
