They act like they want peoples opinions and welcome suggestions for how to improve, but don't fall for it. Once you give an opposing viewpoint you are label and "not a team player" or "inflexible and not willing to get on board with the program". Once that happens they start secretly viewing your emails and IMs. and looking over your shoulder on everything to find something to use to get rid of you.
