      Used to be an Excellent company, executive management NOW causes much turmoil.

      Pros

      Benefits, Team member growth (except during the numerous layoffs)

      Cons

      lots of layoffs and restructuring not just lately but every year, sometimes 2-3 times a year, which causes poor morale and heavier than normal workload for those they keep. Until they get their act together I wouldn't recommend this company for employment
