      complete disconnect between different teams no team building events of any kind no in office events of any kind no proper feedback from management constantly losing clients development gets to delay and refuse to do what is needed and required from them. management does not have the power to make changes, because it comes from 3 levels up, so all the policy changes are inappropriate
