If you are good in windows application you can go and handle the client case day and night .

Cons

current scenario of management is worst please don't believe, before it was good now every one leaving trust me. client case come in any time Saturday or Sunday you have to be ready no bonus no extra benefit More work pressure if you not complete the task they will say get out from company at any time. No senior will help if you ask for help, management will ask why did you ask .LOL
