Cons

Growth opportunities are limited. Management roles are backfill based. No individual growth opportunities or guidance.

Low pay packages, Biased & inactive oldies in Leadership unable to identify & retain talent, Only few Managers deserve & justify their positions. Best for freshers but not for seasoned professionals.
