It is as if this company doesn't have clear direction. The current focus seems to be on security at all costs in light of past issues with software that was not secure. This focus comes at the expense of any innovation of new functionality. As a result the products are stagnant with most development focused on back end/hidden functionality that end users can't appreciate. The security updates were desperately needed but should not be provided at the expense of enhancing product capability. The result I fear is that by the time all security projects have been completed users will have a sour taste because functionality has not been kept up to date.

1. No quality work. 2. Strict night shift. 3. Work life imbalance. 4. Termination is Hr's habit that too with silly reasons. 5. Human resource with no human values.
