Pretty flexible timings, no tremendous amount work load as such, stringent with following processes, company aligned to have all employees on board with Scaled Agile methodology, pretty good policy with Education Assistance Program

Cons

No real challenging work, rather no learning at all, won't have much chance to up skill, perfect place to get retired into
