Salary is higher than the market standard. Good culture and environment. Work from home option when required. HAP(Home assistance program - 8% of your fixed CTC) which is also part of your CTC

Cons

very slow career growth Working on very old technologies. CTC shows a very big amount but you will see a big change when receiving it in every month. they says they are following Agile but it is not agile at all There is no process followed. They require two years to analyse a candidate to get promoted

Good pay and benefits, low turnover. Work is as easy/hard as you make it cause management doesn't hold anyone accountable.

Cons

Terrible quality. Everyday is a adventure in finding poorly written new code. Poor management from bottom to top. No accountability at the bottom, no direction at the top. Striving to be "One" platform with many chiefs pushing it in all directions except forward. Government style promotions based on seniority, not competency. Not the place to advance your career, and likely a step backwards falling behind and accepting bad/dated practices.
