      Generous PTO, matching 401K, good salary, work from home, severance package

      Cons

      Constant layoffs leave everyone in a state of panic. Outsourcing most vacant positions to overseas teams or college hires, or just eliminating open positions altogether. Poor employee morale. Constant reorganization.
