Good Remuneration, Supportive Administration , Great insurance policies and additional benefits like reimbursement on wifi bills,electricity bills etc.

Cons

Not so good work life balance, There is resource crunch which leads to employees compromising on their breaks at time. There can be better coordination between teams who operate cross domain for better throughput
