Pros

There is no pro's at all working here.

Cons

Worst experience ever. Very toxic environment. The support team is way understaffed while other departments have double to triple people on their team. There are many promises made that never come true. On a daily basis things are changing. Very unorganized and the companies structure is a joke. Instead of taking care of your staff, they are more worried about metrics that mean nothing what so ever. There is no work\life balance either. Always on call to the point you have to be stranded at your house. No detail training on the product. You pretty much go with the flow on a complex software.

Pros

Not many. Most of the co-workers are nice enough to talk to, until you need help with something.

Cons

Plenty.. Overstaffed in the areas that don't need it, understaffed where they do need staff. Every department is in silos. Trying to get assistance from another department is like pulling teeth. Lack of training/resources in some departments. Support has no way to obtain bonuses like the rest of the company does. Low morale.
