Cons
Not enough adequate training for the complex products for support personnel. We learn the product as the cases come in. You cannot determine your own workload, meaning cases are assigned to you randomly, no matter if you are already struggling on 10+ cases, you must troubleshoot and resolve the cases assigned to you.
