Pros
Agile environment, close to my home in the Northern Suburbs, fitness, cafeteria , monday freebies, game room Corporate environment with a lot of chances for Career development. Very nice" fun time " employee programs.
Cons
Crappy office space, Infrastructure needs a lot of work, compensation could be much better. You feel like the company a has grown too fast but and a lot of the processes still work like in a "Mom and Pa shop" Bonus structure should be reanalyzed
