      Training was fun then the job was not that great

      5 weeks of training meet a lot of great people the pay was decent to start off with

      Cons

      5 weeks of training was not enough time . They never showed us real life situations like you would have been having with customers they have a board with goals every day to me it was a wall of shame they say they are very transparent but putting up you numbers on a board for every to see is embarrassing .

      PTO, Helath Benefits, Incredible training, Engaging co-workers, managers. etc. Allstate is a great company.

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative to say about the company. I will admit that the hourly pay rate could be better but the overall compensation package is great.
