      stability, brand, office space/environment caring - community outreach is great

      Cons

      too much fluff, top-down corporate structure (nonsense), NOT a software company for sure but trying to act like one. Culture of politics is not conducive to drawing out the best and keeping talent.

      Very good work/life balance. Good package with nice benefits, awesome PTO. Love the team/department outings, it happens pretty frequently

      Cons

      Recent management changes and very early stage to adopt agile methodology. Upper management could be political.
