      Career Progression at Non-Bonus Levels

      Pros

      Many levels at non-bonus levels allow for many opportunities to improve position and salary. Still "pay for performance" and I am OK with that.

      Cons

      Once you get to the first bonus level that opportunities are few and far between as the organization continues to flatten to flatten out.
