- Paid time off - Competitive pay - Discounts - Management is always helpful - Challenging but rewarding career - Benefits package is comprehensive with 401k and pension

Cons

- Sometimes the days off aren't available so it requires you to call in. - The paychecks can get a bit confusing so it's difficult to tell when there are mistakes.
