Great Work Life Balance Great Team

Intern for a summer then was brought on full time. At first, the job was great. But company was outsourcing most of the IT department to Northern Ireland and India. As an engineer in the U.S., it was hard to work together when the people you're working with are on a different time zone. They refused to hire engineers in the U.S. Because of obvious ($$) reasons. Otherwise. Great company. Okay benefits.
