Pros
Part of a good enterprise , perks for call center operations work , fruit distribution , cab pick and drop.
Cons
Dirty politics, toxic working environment. Senior managers sitting at top has become ripe and now rotten. CI is a focus less group --not team. HR is useless and mostly invisible. No focus: emp grievance to people development. Not sure if competency, skill or IQ/EQ level tests undertaken before hiring. HR leaders doesn’t come Pune office being unwell most times. Enterprise goodness is “killed” by local leadership for vested interests, divide between locals and migrant population becoming deep. Clearly lacks thought leadership currently...people from other geographies should be bought in to audit to course correct.
