      Decent pay, tons of collaboration, good training.

      Cons

      Just another face and bottom dollar asset. Lots of talk about mental health and inclusion but then when it comes down to it, it’s all about making that profit regardless of inclusion or if burnt out

      work/ life balance... benefits the first day..... employer funded hra

      Cons

      lack of training.... lack of communication... every man for themselves attitude... lack of job security... low salary. was promised one pay during the interview and received far less once i got to the job...jobs being eliminated even though the position was just created
