Pros

Steady and reliable, no surprises from Allstate. You know what you're getting into. Expectations for production are also extremely low, everyone can act like they're very busy without actually doing anything. Lots of free time!

Cons

Pretty boring, projects are slow and uninteresting. Not much opportunity for personal career growth or change, moves are often lateral.
